Some cookies make the website work. Others help us understand how it is used or measure advertising. You can choose analytics and advertising separately, or use essential cookies only.

Cookies that make the site work

These support your basket, sign-in and security. Some are only set when you place an order or use a particular feature. Blocking them may stop that feature from working.

A cookie's expiry can be renewed when the feature is used again. Cookie expiry is not the same as how long an order, account or consultation record is kept.

Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and how the website is used on different devices. These are optional cookies.

Page addresses on a pharmacy website can reveal health interests, including the treatments you look at. Google receives browsing and device information when analytics is enabled. Browser identifiers can distinguish visits; they are not the same as anonymous counts.

Read Google's explanation of cookies.

Advertising

Advertising cookies help measure which campaigns lead people to the website and whether they later place an order. You can turn these off while keeping analytics on, or the other way round.

Our campaign cookies remember advertising click identifiers and campaign details. Those details can be associated with a consultation or order. These identifiers help us measure advertising, including Google Ads.

Other browser storage

If you mark a review as helpful, our Priorly review widget remembers that action in local storage. It uses priorly-helpful-visitor-v1 and entries starting priorly-helpful-review-v1: to avoid counting the same vote repeatedly. These entries have no automatic expiry; you can remove them by clearing website data in your browser.
